YouTube has permanent disabled my account! Hello what is that all about! JMCO but YouTube has nothing but flagrant Copyright Violations on there. So I take a feed stream, capture & upload.
Am I threatening the livelihood of CNN?

PS. There's a guy in Romania that has been mirroring my channel in YouTube and he is still up. Ha Ha.

Darn! I had linked the eBay guy video in my blog! Shame on whoever complained. I hope you can get a place to put the videos again. Your videos are what I viewed to "catch up" on the happenings in court when I was unable to watch for myself!
Thanks for stopping by - yeap it "sucks". It is just archiving a web feed stream. It is not like monetizing a revenue generating program on MyFoxBoston - or whatever - JMCO.
I am so upset that UTube has closed down your video site! There will be many that will miss the archived feed streams. Is there any way you could continue on a website for on this blog?
I for one would like to personally thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into helping your trial watching friends keep up with testimony they may have missed!

Shame on whatever network (CNN?) who had this account closed. Are you providing archived trial coverage gavel-to-gavel? Nope. Instead you provide dumbed-down 30-second stories and useless soundbites. Step up and provide the proper coverage, and the public won't end up watching archived material on YouTube.
Thank you to RealityCanBeEvil/Trialbuzz for providing the public service that the big online news outlets should be offering. You picked up the slack for the lazy, profit-driven big boys.

Thank you guys all. I don't know why they cut me off - it is not like it was produced content (i.e. Banfield, etc). When you look @ UT with all the revenue commercial content on there that is not shut down. JMCO. I believe it was CNN/CTV that did - why this would be a threat I do not know.
Romanian sites that were mirroring the videos - how long they will stay up - only knows.

I am so disappointed that utube has done this. It was the only place where I could find complete testimony and not just news highlights. I hope you will be back up and running soon

Sorry to hear that - I was just about to think about logging on to find out what else I had missed. Good job I checked out this site first, huh? As a Brit who doesn't have access to the channels broadcasting the case, I am disappointed in the least. It's not as if you're making cash from it, is it? Shame on the person who complained, that's what I have to say. Reality Can Be Evil will be sorely missed.
I really don't think it was CNN that complained or got you shut down, TTV still has a link to your page and they are affiliated with CNN now. I think it was NE's defense team who has threatened or made a complaint about your site. It has also been said that TTV is no longer allowed to take frontal pics of NE during testimony...I assume after the "crying...smiling" mess. This defense is trying to control as much as possible.
I will miss your videos a lot and thank-you for your efforts.
